In March of 2025 I had the opportunity to work with an up and coming author T.B. Valentine on the cover illustration and design of their upcoming supernatural novel ‘The Mortal and The Shadow.’
THE MORTAL AND THE SHADOW
The Mortal and The Shadow was my first step into the world of supernatural novels. The experience of working with this author on this cover was incredible, and I am proud of the final product.
Merchandise
I was also commissioned to illustrate a scene from the book of both main characters. This illustration will be used for future merchandise.
process
I worked collaboratively with the author, creating multiple mockups and thumbnails. I made sure to pay attention to each detail their main character possessed, which allowed me to create a cover that perfectly encapsulated the story.
